Case Study
Quick Space
Temporary Buildings & Structures
From untracked spend to £2M+ in tracked pipeline and a single deal that covered years of ad investment.
The Situation
Quick Space supplies temporary warehouses and structures across the UK. They need a small number of high-quality leads because a single deal can be worth £20,000-£50,000+ in annual rental value. Campaign economics weren’t being tracked against actual deal sizes.
What We Found
- Cost per click had tripled over time, from ~£5 to £15+. At one point, 84% of potential impressions were lost to budget constraints.
- Bidding strategy prioritised quality over volume, starving the campaign of data in a low-volume market.
- No system for tracking which leads became quotes or which quotes became revenue.
What We Did
- Switched bidding to maximise volume within a controlled CPC ceiling, instantly doubling click volume while halving the average CPC.
- Built dedicated landing pages including an emergency temporary building page targeting urgent enquiries.
- Installed Pleon’s Precision Tracking to follow every lead from click through to quote value and sale.
